Jan Paul ten Bruggencate, one of our Dutch readers/contributors (see 1209) and a frequent pilgrim to the Holy Mountain, just came back from a 13-day visit (!) to Athos during Pentecost.
He was willing to share some of his pictures with us and in the coming days I will show them to you. Today I will start with the most remarkable photos.
Novices (?) from the Athonias-school at the Serail/Ag. Andreou playing a mini soccer game! And why not ? School kids need exercise ! As long as they're not planning to compete in the European or World cup!
